         <description><![CDATA[<div>Find the perfect balance between using your devices and spending time with the people around you. Having to totally neglect the usage of technology is nigh impossible in today's society, however, allocating time to spend with the people around you or to spend for yourself should be a habit that everyone picks up as it can drastically improve our lifestyles. Not only will you feel better as you reconnect with yourself and others, you will feel more energetic and the intense feeling of anxiousness can be taken off your hands to allow for a stronger relationship with yourself and others at the same time. However, this does not mean we disregard the internet entirely, just that we could make time to use the internet at the appropriate timing. The internet is a universal tool that when utilised well and moderately can even enhance a relationship. In conclusion, a good balance between the usage of our devices and the face to face social connections we make should be established. Maybe set up plans with friends for a party, or join your family for outings to enjoy the company of each other, maybe even use the devices to play games with each other to enjoy the best of both worlds, just as long as screen time does not affect the connections we make and break on a daily basis. In the end, to truly connect with one another, an interaction should be held, the method in which it is done so is not as important as the actual connection itself.</div>]]></description>

Don't do it for temporary realisation but also because of permanent effect. In order to reconnect with those we care is to realise, put down our phones and compensate for the times that have been lost. Be it apologising, just saying a few sentences or to just go out with them. In an age where we are surrounded by it, we should always and constantly remind, educate and become aware of what our actions will do to us, whether it be in the long run or just a few minutes after. Put your heart and soul into it, realise that our actions and who we are will always have a lasting effect on those around us.</div>]]></description>

Although it may be difficult at first but we should at least do this much to 're-connect' back with those we care. Another way is to gather all the phones and put aside when having meals with family or friends. This will make everyone have a chance to talk with each other. This can make them realise how much they missed out on real conversations rather than spending time scrolling through their phones doing useless things. </div>]]></description>

We should all live in the moment rather than to 'relive' the moment later. This should be permanent as the the person would be giving 100% of their energy and time to those they care. If this does not work, do spend more time with people who make you forget about wanting to scroll and double tap on instagram. This will certainly help them to reflect about themselves and how they have been spending their time with others.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We need to know the boundaries between virtual and reality <br>So the first step is to transform our self-awareness. People often believe that <em>other people can be persuaded, but not me. I’m the smart one. It’s only those other people over there that can’t control their thoughts.</em> So it’s essential to understand that we experience the world through a mind and a meat-suit body operating on evolutionary hardware that’s millions of years of old, and that we’re up against thousands of engineers and the most personalized data on exactly how we work on the other end.<br><br></div><div>Step two is transforming design, so that based on this new understanding of ourselves—of how we're persuaded and hijacked, etc.—that we would want to do a massive find-and-replace of all the ways that we are hijacked in ways that we don’t want, and to replace them with the timeline of how we would have wanted our lives to go. An example of that is today, you look at your phone and you see a Snapchat notification. And it persuades you to think a bunch of things that you wouldn’t have thought. It causes you to get stressed out about whether or not you’ve kept your streak up. It’s filling up your mind. And by responding to that one streak, you get sucked into something else, and it cascades. Twenty minutes later you’re sucked into a YouTube video. And there goes your day.<br><br></div><div>What we want to do is block those moments that hijack your mind in ways you regret, and replace them with a different timeline—what you would have wanted to have happened instead. The resource we’re conserving is time. Imagine these timelines stretching out in front of people, and right now we’re being tugged and pulled onto these brand-new timelines that are created by technology. Let’s do a massive find-and-replace from the manipulative timeline to the timeline we would’ve wanted to have happened.</div>]]></description>
