But then I don't think Anna doesn't understand how good of a person Gerta is. Also the first couple minutes they started Anna kept questioning Gerta. Which is a little strange. So I think That the government is letting Anna be friends just to collect information. When she was at school she did not been talking to her and has been avoiding her.
