I host Sip' n Paints in my local community! I guide groups of participants in creating their own masterpieces. I am also a reiki master. As part of my practice, I strive to help people tap into their innate ability to heal themselves. I empower them to use their breath and their minds to restore themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. For my day job, I am a business banker and I am a mother of 2 adult children.

What changes would you like to see in your life and beyond during the next year?

I want to draw nearer to a life that resonates with my true purpose. I crave more encounters with art, horses, and travel!

I will be volunteering for a non profit called Bridle Up Hope. This will allow me the opportunity to teach art to young girls and women. In exchange, I am able to have riding time! The program teaches life skills along with horsemanship.

I am planning a few trips. Hoping to visit Costa Rica again and to visit my daughter while she studies abroad in New Zealand!

When do you experience your greatest sense of vitality and creativity?

I experience the greatest vitality and creativity when I am in nature and I am connected to source.

I love to walk and hike. I am lucky to live in the Bay Area which is full of beautiful trails!

What practices connect you to your higher self, to a higher power, divine energy?

I feel connected to my higher self when I am able to disconnect from the burdens of daily responsibilities, quiet my mind, and focus on my breath.

During my daily gratitude practice, I take the time to bring my attention to the abundance available to us all through infinite source, and I feel it to my core.

If anything were possible (or even if a miracle could occur), what would you be experiencing in your life and in our Art and Healing Creative Living Circle?

I would be living in Costa Rica and running a retreat center to help people heal themselves through all of the methods that have helped me including Entheogens, Art and Horses. (not all at once)
