This helps with students who are learning at different levels and making sure that you are hitting each student at the level their at. I am at a 4 with comfortability with differentiation. Not only for our struggling students, but for all students. I feel that I'm probably at a 4 with comfortability. I have small groups for reading, writing and math based on their performance levels on tiered assessments and observations.
