To clear your doubts about communicable diseases, Please consult your doctor if you are currently with anything that is considered to be contagious or communicable via touch, air or food.

If the answer is yes, make sure to inform your doctor you will be required to provide a fitness certificate as you are working in Food producing company and it’s required for duty. The letter of fitness should follow the sick-leave.

Example if your sick leave was for 4th and 5th of August then fitness certificate should be dated 6th of Aug.

P.S: any private hospital will not charge you extra if you went to the hospital for a follow up within 5 days, using the medical insurance.

على سبيل المثال، إذا كانت إجازتك المرضية في الرابع والخامس من أغسطس، فيجب أن يكون تاريخ شهادة اللياقة هو السادس من أغسطس.

ملاحظة: لن يفرض عليك أي مستشفى خاص رسومًا إضافية إذا ذهبت إلى المستشفى للمتابعة في غضون 5 أيام بإستخدام التأمين الصحي.

NO any medical provider by ministry of health will not provide you with fitness certificate

Yes, it's not HR new policy it's a requirement for our QUALITY audit and new mandated policy
