         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Therapists provide support and strength throughout the hospital by simply being someone one could talk to or help with the injured/disabled. </strong>These therapists don't work only for patients, but also for the staff. If it weren't for therapists in the hospital, a patient or staff member could've been in distress without anyone calming them down, causing them to react in a negative way or even being in pain and not being able to get better.</div>]]></description>
