Good, so I'm not the only one who goes to bed, just to get away from the fighting, death, abuse, when I won't be able to sleep. And haven't for at least a full twenty-four hours. Then "wake up" The next day and say "Good morning, mom. How'd you sleep?" Then she'll say she didn't, but that's okay. She'll ask how I slept, which I'll have to lie and say: "Oh, me? I slept like a baby." I'll make my breakfast, binge eat French Toast sticks, just because the sugar and serotonin it gives me gives me energy to make it through the day. I'll get ready for school, a pointless 8-9 hours of not paying attention to what you're being told, and I'll remember I didn't take my meds that day, and that's why I feel like sh**. I'll make it to lunch, not eat anything. But everytime I see her face, I know that I can muster the courage to make it through each and every day. So that one day, I'll be able to marry her. I'll get home, putting on a mask of happiness, and yell up the stairs: "Hey momma! How was your day?" I'll take off my mask, trying not to look in the bathroom mirror, avoiding my reflection. I'll make a snack. Something small. Play a game, draw, read, then my siblings come over for a visit, we all fight, I have a panic attack, I'll get in trouble, as usual. I'll get hit by my dad because I gave attitude. Dinner time comes around, I'll eat whatever, maybe we got take out. I'll watch TV, draw, play, read, until bed when the cycle starts all over again...

I'm just really stressed and I can't express my feelings at home and end up blowing up or getting angry at you and you guys are doing nothing wrong. I'm sorry. I am just really emotional right now and I don't know what the hell I'm doing, to be honest. I want control over something in my life and everything is just flying through my fingers. I've been trying so hard to work on my missing assignments which is a big reason I've been stressed and I am reconfiguring my identity (yes again) I'm now omniromantic (female-oriented) ace and nonbinary. it's one of the little things that's keeping my head on straight right now so I figured I might as well let you guys know too. I've been trying not to put my stress on you guys, but obviously, that flew out the fucking window and I am falling apart at the seams. I'm also extremely uncomfortable with my body again and I feel unproportionate (which I am I guess :/). I don't like the way I look and I'm considering wearing binders and things like that because I feel dysphoric when I'm told 'you look like a boy' and I don't know what I am, and I want to be able to express myself with my body too. I just am flipping out over my entire life and you guys being my stable ground, I just wanted to tell you how I feel. Julius, I'm sorry that you have to read all my bullshit because I know you don't like it, and Brandon, I'm sorry for being so rude and lying to you the way I did. I just want to curl up and cry. April 15th. (VERY HEAVY TW) i honestly dont even know what to put here, just please. don't. tell me. it'll. be. ok. it's too far down the rabbit hole for that. (this involves my chat with two other people, the names are unimportant.)

Idk. but I’m honestly scared because yesterday, my stepdad screamed at me because my sister was being rude to my friend and he like tapped her kinda hit and she slapped him, shoved me and ran inside to snitch, I can’t be friends with him any more my mom is just being so unhelpful. She stands by and watches as he screams at me. My sister gets away scot-free and I’m getting verbally abused. If I go to the police, nothing happens and we go to court, and nothing happens, I’m accused of lying in court, we have less money (i cost $8,594 in court last time when he had his arm around my throat.) and I get treated like shit. I hate it. My mom only cares about me being a “good kid” with perfect grades, perfect looks, perfect friends, be a sports kid, to be the most amazing little fucking kid on the planet. She does the same garbage her mom did to her to me. Her mom always told her she wasn’t fit enough, she didn't have enough good grades, she wasn’t smart enough, she was just rude to her. And my mom just ignores the fact that she’s hurting me. She knows I don't like yelling or being yelled at because it triggers my anxiety. When I was little that was all they did. My first memory wasn’t some happy birthday party or being with friends, no. it was my sitting in the hallway of my Uncle Micheal’s house, my parents locked in their room, screaming such vulgar and angry things at each other. I couldn’t ev3n hear myself think. All I heard was them arguing and screaming over me, I was an accident and wasn’t even supposed to be here. My grandmother wanted me aborted. My dad acts like he cares, but he doesn’t. My next memory? Even worse. I was playing at the park with my mom and sister, maybe 6-7 years old, actually no my sister was almost a year old, I was 5 or 6. We were on the swings and suddenly I hear a car pull up. A tall dude comes out and starts talking to my mom, I stay with my sister, swinging her and laughing with her. The man comes over (my father is how he introduces himself, mind you, my mom illegally kept me from him for a year, so I had no idea what my dad even looked like) and tried to hug me. I accepted awkwardly and then ran to my mom for guidance, her saying it was ok, I just never met him before. So I go over and he picks up my sister. I get upset, trying futilely to grab her, scared for her, as she had no idea what was going on. An hour or so after that, we were playing still and mom said it was time to go home. I skipped over to her car and she shook her head, pointing and talking about going with my dad. My sister was strapped into a car seat, and I stood awkwardly as my father motioned to get in. I grabbed at my mother, beginning to cry. “I don't know him, I don't wanna go. Don't make me go” I begged over and over, to her deaf ears. He came over and picked me up, I screamed and began struggling, crying and screaming for my mother, and she just did nothing, watching me tremble and scream in fear. “LET ME GO, I WANNA GO HOME” “MoM” was all I could scream, hiccuping and screaming till I was hoarse in the throat. It went on for almost an hour, and he finally put me down and we went home with my mother. The whole time he was just cursing under his breath and I was sobbing. I lost it. I can’t even begin to express how mentally ruined I am. PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic insomnia, ADHD (predominantly impulsive and hyperactive), and so much more. I can’t even go through a day without faking a smile. Faking a laugh. Cheating, lying, stealing, ruining everything around me. I’ve been nothing but a destructive force since the day I took my first breath. I tore my parents apart, my stepdad hates me, my dad’s an addict, my stepmom is the only one who doesn’t treat me like garbage. I’m a failure for a first child. I was an accident, my sister at least was a wanted child. And here I am, tormenting and tearing apart the path as I walk it. I do nothing good, I never have. I don't understand why people fake caring about me, I know you two don't at least. But it hurts to see everyone happy there, living out their lives without you. It really makes you wonder what you’re even living for. But I guess I’m just being more of a burden dumping it on everyone who comes close to me. It’s why Julius and I aren’t friends anymore. He got sick of me dumping everything on him when he was dealing with his own. And he wouldn’t leave, because he’s stubborn and just wants me to snap on him. He does it right back, and I can’t deal with that anymore. So I cut him off. I cut everything off for days at a time, swallowing handfuls of pills and cutting lines on my skin. I just can’t cope. The pills are supposed to help me. Been medicated since I was 8, tried every ADHD med there is to exist, nothing is or has worked. My antidepressants don't work either. The only thing that works is my hydroxyzine. And that’s just another depressant, to stop my anxiety attacks. It makes me sleepy. I sleep for hours and hours on end after taking one. I hope to god I can just sleep and never wake up again. But nothing ever has helped. Therapy for 10 years? I still cant use the coping mechanisms I was taught and can’t find it in my body or mind to open up till the breaking point. But I’ll pretend. I always do. I already have. I’m beyond that point already Izzy, I’m sorry. I'm sorry for being a terrible friend. I’m sorry I lied. I’m sorry I’m stupid. I'm sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry. I am. What am I then, a failure? I sure screwed up a lot. Andrew, I’m far from fine, you know that. But nothing. I'm a failure and there’s no telling me different. And izzy left. Wonderful. Just another person i made so uncomfortable and they leave me in the dust. That’s what julius said. That's what they all say (in response to i wont leave) And you simply made a mistake. You can fix that. You know how to not make mistakes twice. Well the end might be pretty damn soon if i can help it. Theres no other way to get rid of my misery, andrew. I'm sorry. Why should i stay, andrew? All i am is miserable. There’s no point izzy. There’s nothing you can do, i just don't want to live anymore. Havent for a while. Well half of them don't even talk to me or like me anymore and i know that you two are the only ones who care. I'm sorry. I just don't have the energy to keep torturing myself by living everyday. I already have izzy theres no point, i tried to strangle myself yesterday. Left bruises. The first time ive used makeup or ice in a long time. And i love you, but i'm sorry. Then i guess we’re both going. I give up. I'm waving my white flag, just let me surrender please. How can we make it better? MORE PILLS? More Therapy? What else is there to “fix” me? The next thing they’’ll do is lock me in a rubber room. What’s the point of staying… there’s you and her and then there’s the voices in my head and the misery I feel waking up every day.
