         <title>Personal Self-Care Strategies</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Like most, my life is busy. Being in education, my workday is often characterized by noise and motion. My home life is much the same. Quiet time is a rarity. My self-care strategy to find balance is to set aside time daily to clear my mind through reflection. Being outdoors adds a layer of peacefulness as there are no reminders of jobs or duties that need attention. This has always been an effective strategy for me, but I have never fully committed to it as it often feels selfish or self-indulgent when I have so many obligations.  </p>]]></description>
