I wish you all the best in your "first" 20 years in Fairtrade International. You turned out to be a great "jefe". We passed many exciting times with the beloved "rechazamos" CLAC letters, to great projects, successes and sometimes (very few, almost none) failures. Thanks for all the support all these years. And I hope the "next" 20 years are as excited as the first ones.

Congratulations on completing two decades in Fairtrade. You have seen several highs and lows of the Fairtrade system. Staying calm in turbulent waters is a skill that is hard to come by these days but its definitely something that stands out about you. We have had quite some positive engagements and projects in the last few years and your perceptive questions and inputs have been vital for many of them.
