However, I would like to learn more about how to construct a good quality test and how one should grade creative material. Some students perform above standard levels and some below. When do we grade on international level and when do we grade on personal capability and growth. 

It was mentioned today that we shouldn't use "all of fhe above/none of the above" in test papers. I would like to know why not?
