Power can come in many ways as long as it is helpful in the situations that you come across.

In the play, we see this in Prospero. Even though he might have some tricks up his sleeve, Prospero has the greatest authority because of manipulation. One example is how Prospero manipulates Ariel, the most powerful, into being his servant by "reminding" him of what Prospero did for him.

Act 2
