I am from Bogotá D.C. My parents and my sister live in Espinal, Tolima. I usually go by bus or by car, the best season is summer for the Sanpedro festivities, I always stay at my parents' farm.

I always carry a suitcase with two pairs of tennis shoes, jeans, shorts, blouses, cap or hat, personal objects, etc. 

The essential for wear be comfortable. To go to visit the river La Chamba or La Caimanera and more importantly the mythological park and its gastronomy, you can eat in the market square or the carbonera, foods such as suckling pig, tamales and chicha.
