Thanks for all the support over the last 11 years. I remember meeting you in London for my first interview (after seeing your video taken at Heathrow airport) and having a great interview and some fantastic tips from you for the next stage followed by the shock of discovering the assessment centre was in Scotland, 420 miles away, to which we both laughed. My first ever trip was met with heavy snow for the assessment centre which was a great experience including pictures in the snow and I have one of all of us covered in snow. Thanks for then being the one who called to say I was successful, you were there the whole way. It changed everything. All the best for the future and hope you can enjoy the next chapter after making a difference to so many of us.
