         <description><![CDATA[<div>Judicial - Article III of the United States Constitution establishes the judicial branch of the United States federal government. According to Section 1, the judicial power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court and in such inferior courts as the Congress may establish from time to time.<br><br>Legislative - In article 1 it says "All legislative Powers here granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."&nbsp;<br><br>Executive - According to Article ll,  the "Executive branch of the federal government defines the office of President and Vice President, and an Electoral College to elect them. Article II also sets the requirements needed to be President, establishes the President’s powers, and provides for a President’s removal of office for high crimes and misdemeanors, as well as the removal of any civil officer for similar reasons."</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>John Rutledge, of South Carolina; Edmund Randolph, of Virginia; Nathaniel Gorham, of Massachusetts; Oliver Ellsworth, of Connecticut; and James Wilson, of Pennsylvania, reported a draft which included a Preamble and twenty-three articles. When a new Committee of Style was named to revise the draft. This committee included William Samuel Johnson, of Connecticut; Alexander Hamilton, of New York; Gouverneur Morris, of Pennsylvania; James Madison, of Virginia; and Rufus King, of Massachusetts, and they reported the draft in its final shape. Madison was the one who actually wrote the constitution, but the preamble was written by the Committee of Style(all the states)</div>]]></description>
