It depends on the person's use. If he gives charity to poor people, then this will help society and solve many problems, but if he spend it in a bad way, such as buying drugs , then that will lead to a big problem in society.  Also, if he loves money he will do anything to get the money, regardless of whether the source of money is lawful or halal. he will kill people to get the money or steal the money. And that is not good at all. So it depends on the usage so they should spend it wisely.
