Kamishibai can amuse children more than picture books. The first point is kamishibai can show bigger pictures than picture books. The images in books are also beautiful and exciting, but the picture of kamishibai is easy to see, and children can see the detail of pictures. The second point is it is easy to make a motion. Reading with movement is more exciting and easier to understand for children. I was surprised that kamishibai spread worldwide, and many children in the world could enjoy it.
I think kamishibai will continue in Japan because it has a lot of benefits and spread in the world. Also, even though the readers are shy, they can read kamishibai because it can hide their faces. Also, when they hide their faces, children can focus on the story. There is some organization of kamishibai. Therefore, many people can enjoy reading and listening tokamishbai.

The first is that it is famous worldwide. I used to think that the word "Kamishibai" was a Japanese word and an old culture unique to Japan. Second, this is about the difference between Kamishibai and picture books. A picture story show does not have any text on it. Also, the large pictures are impressive. This makes it easier for children to concentrate on the story. In addition, the image the story shows are presented in a kind of box that resembles a theater. I learned that this allows the paper to be moved in small increments and switched back and forth, making the story more active and enjoyable.

I think the art form of Kamishibai will continue in Japan. Japan needs to pass on its traditional culture to the future. First, the people have enjoyed Kamishibai shows since ancient times. First of all, there is the difference between picture books and kamishibai plays. You can turn the page back by yourself in the picture book, but Kamishibai is controlled by the reader, so you have to gather information on your own. Another thing is that kamishibai is where readers can take action when flipping paper. I can only flip picture books, but I learned that in addition to flipping movements, I can move them and change the speed of flipping them. For example, you can draw the character you want to appear later on the left side of the card to show that they have appeared. It makes kamishibai more like a movie. I think kamishibai will continue in Japan. Kamishibai has been around since my grandmother's time. My mother also grew up watching them. And, of course, I saw kamishibai at preschool.
