         <title>Tens Place Value: What is it?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>When we write numbers, each digit has a special job depending on where it sits. The <strong>tens place</strong> is the second digit from the right in a number. It tells us <strong>how many groups of ten</strong> are in the number. For example, the number 84 has and 8 in the tens place, therefore it has 8 tens inside that number.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Hundreds Place Value</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In a number, each digit has its own special place. The <strong>hundreds place</strong> is the <strong>third digit from the right</strong>. It tells us <strong>how many groups of one hundred</strong> are in the number. For example, in the number 435, the number 4 is in the hundreds place. That means there are 4 100s within this number.</p>]]></description>
