When it comes to establishing the metrics of success we lean more towards the quantitative data style.  Quantitative data because we don't really like a yes or no answer for a numbers-based measurement.  We feel like that is too bland and doesn’t make as big an impact.  We rather prefer the insight of what people actually think.  This simplifies the goals when it comes to success.

When determining our network and required resources we have come up with a general idea so far.  We don’t really have a direct and specific location or organization.  The following resources are just connection and communication so we can volunteer besides canned food.  What we have come up with is that we plan to volunteer at local churches in our area.  Most churches have food drives to help feed the homeless.  We plan on donating cans and also helping food drives hand out resources to less fortunate people who are in need of health and food.

Our group has created a more general timeline for completing the actions and goals we have set.  Around the start of the new year we have already called churches and non-profit organizations to help volunteer.  We plan to help distribute food to others who are in need of it.  Somewhere around the start of the month of February we started donating canned food to food drives to the churches.  Hopefully towards the end we are able to help volunteer and get hands-on experience to help distribute food to those in need.  

Our group has already identified our individual roles and responsibilities.  Allyson's role is mainly to help lead us to our goals and help create a productive environment.  Ian's goal is to help be productive and get things done quickly and efficiently.  David and Alex's role is to help and support with volunteering and donating with us.
