Textually, I hope that the second phase might include the actual development of this new green book. I would (ideally) have a book project separated by state, with each state section featuring the interviews of the Black women from that area and their locations. I could include a transcript of the interview or a summary of it, a picture of the woman I interviewed (if they’re comfortable), and details on the location.

Physically, I also hope to mark those spaces that still exist (if it is safe to do so in that area). I imagine a small installation, community event, or just a placard at that location to honor it as a place in history that was life-saving and life-changing.
