  1. Gracias a las nuevas tecnologías se puede organizar, registrar, almacenar y compartir en tiempo real todos los cambios que se están viviendo y participar de una manera activa en ellos sin necesidad de pertenecer a un grupo organizado o estar cursando algún programa académico específico.
