It not only gives us material things, but also power, social prestige and many privileges.
The more money you get, the more power you achieve and that is too tempting. Therefore, it`s not easy to resign from a well-paid job.
 
Let see what a satisfying job could give us: we may have a good staff with fantastic colleages working together, colaborating in many projects, sharing responsabilities and merits.
We surely won`t need to work so hard than when we are too ambitious and you will have enough time to spend with family and friends.
  In the long-term all this ind of things are the most important to me.
