3. We used all our production capacity in comparison with year 11 which increased our revenues
4.  We mantained a credit rating of A
5.  We increase between .5 and .6 points in the S/Q rating of the 3 areas.

4.-Credit ratings: We improved the rating by starting with a B and ending with an A.

Sold pairs in North America were increased from 200 to 465 and 200 to 289 in Europe.
