I chose to order the events in this way because it made the most sense. You can’t have an empire without people so obviously, the chain of events begins with Human Migration. You can’t build a great empire if you can’t yet settle because you’re still hunting and gathering for food, so next is the. Neolithic Revolution. There were obviously other civilizations at the time of the Inca, so next is the rise of civilizations. The Inca would need a source of food that would be reliable in the unpredictable weather of the Andes mountains so the invention of  terrace farming is next.
