It starts off with the two main characters who meet in a cancer support group. Hazel still has lung cancer, while Augustus has a prosthetic leg because his real leg was removed to stop the cancer from spreading. Hazel and Augustus talk after support group the day Hazel first sees Augustus at the support group, and later Hazel recommends the book "An Imperial Infliction" which is a topic discussed all throughout the story. And this leads them to go on a trip which leads up to an extremely important event in the book, where Hazel and I'm sure the readers are equally shocked when they find out a serious problem for Augustus. I recommend anyone who likes romantic books that end in an unexpected tragedy. I haven't read any other books like this one and it was my favorite book I read.

The title of my book is The Ersatz Elevator by Lemony Snicket. The Baudelaire orphans get a new guardian again, Mrs. and Mr. Squalor. The place was really dark because dark was in style. They had to walk upstairs 66 stories because stairs were also "in" and elevators were out. They lived in a penthouse that had 71 rooms. They had to find the Quagmire triplets and find out what V.F.D stand for. They also knew that the "in" auctioneer was Count Olaf, but no one believed them. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes mysteries.   The 39 clues is similar to this book.

They have similar conflicts because they either try to escape from one thing or another. Allegiant was one of the best books I have read in this trimester.

It takes place in a world called Alagaësia, a land ruled by a cruel king named Galbatorix, who is in search of the main character, Eragon, and a group of rebels called The Varden, both of whom hope to free the land from his rule. Before reading this book, I suggest reading the first two books in the series, Eragon and Eldest before reading Brisingr to understand the story, and I would recommend this book to people who like lengthy books where there is rebellion in a world against the cruelty of a ruler. This book is hard to compare to other books, but from books I've read, I could almost compare it to Edda, where the world is also fighting against one major force that can release hordes of armies at the heroes. In summary, Brisingr is a good book for those who like an action adventure novel with multiple points of views.

My favorite book from 1st trimester was "The Elite" by Kiera Cass.In this book the main character is America Singer, she had to compete 34 other girls to become the princes' wife.America Singer didn't want to participate in this but she had to participate because the king chose her.She had too much problems throughout the selection.These 34 girls including America had challenges and some hard moments they couldn't fix.The prince had to eliminate about 4 girls each month or could be days.The prince had to eliminate some of the girls so he could get closer to the wife.As he eliminated girls he had really hard moments were he had to get closer to each of the girls and have time for each of the other girls but also know them better so that way he would choose the right wife.I Recommend this book to anyone who likes romantic and who likes challenges.This book is similar to the other selections.

The author is Tamara Earland and has great, interesting books. The story is about a girl who has friends that are popular but what they don't know is that she is sick and has anxiety. She the meets someone a girl and they become friends  . She decides to join a secret poems club .she falls in love with a boy who  she has hurt when they were younger . She loves him but she doesn't know if he loves her . Then  she finds out something about he new best friend . You would love this book if you liked love, mysteries book I recommend this book to anyone who likes shocking, surprising endings.

The school's principal doesn't want to listen to the children and  he doesn't believe that Count Olaf is in the school. The principal and teachers are making the children go through horrible situations. I recommend this book to anyone who likes to read books that make them be at the edge of theirs seat because this book is full of excitement and some mystery.  This book is similar to The Wide Window because both of the books are written by Lemony Snicket , they are both fiction , & they both have mystery in it .

 At the beginning of the story, Mr Krupp fired the Lunch ladies because of George and Harold's Prank.  He then hired other people who were actually aliens. they then feed the students food that hypnotizes them. The mr Krupp turns into Captain underpants and fights them.  he then beats The aliens and saves the kids by feeding them super juice.
  The conflict is when the aliens hypnotize the kids and captain underpants didn't know what to do.People people who are interested in superheroes, comics, and funny books.  another book that is similar to this is "diary of a wimpy kid" because they both share the same humor.

The Baudelaire's are orphans whose parents died in a fire and now were left with a fortune of money that their enemy  Count Olaf is after.Everywhere they go Count Olaf manages to appear including in this book which they later find out that one of their new guardians is a "friend" of Olaf's .If you love books that end in misery then this book is for you.If your willing to try this series out then start with book one. There is not another book that may seem familiar to this one but two other characters in the story are like the Baudelaire's.They are the Quagmire triplets unfortunately Count Olaf succeeds in getting them but to find out what happens you must start the series.

The initial of the story is that the kid wrote a story in a haunted book, and the story came to life and then the things really went wrong.The conflict is that what he wrote for a school project became to be a reality.I would recommend this book to Anthony.I would choose him because he's in my reading level and he has read one of these books (American chillers) before.He is also a fan of fiction stories.This book is similiar to other American Chillers books.

Treasure Hunters Secret of the Forbidden City has a lot of action and is kind of funny. It's a good book if you like Adventure. This book series is really good and I can't really relate it to any other books I have read myself.

You will like this book if you like Science and dystopian fiction with a bit of romance involved. This book is similar to The Hunger Games because both live in a similar world where it will never happen in real life.

The prince’s name was Maxon. America was a troublemaker and a bit of an outcast due to her cast. But there were many other problems, such as Rebels, love affairs, and arguments, although the main conflict would be when the Rebels attack the palace because they didn't like the separation of levels, they also did not like the label they were given. So they decided to fight for their rights through violence. I would suggest reading this book if you like a mix of romance and conflict. This book is similar to “Paper Towns” by John Green, because there are two lovers trying to find each other distance wise and emotionally.
