I chose my mum as she has diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. I had to complete a weeks food diary and the make a new one, a healthy one. I had to make sure she was getting the right amounts of each nutrients. This assignment is due on the 9th January and I have nearly completed it all. This led to arguments and disagreements, but I think will we do well as a group in the end, just been a bumpy journey. There has certainly been a lot of ups and downs along the way, but I am fairly confident in myself and my work. I am finding the topics we are studying very interesting and I hope to learn more over the next year and half.
