The person I chose to model my behavior after is my mom, because she is the strongest, most loving person I’ve ever known. She has this quiet strength that never demands attention, but you can feel it in everything she does. No matter what she’s going through, she carries herself with grace and never lets her struggles dim her warmth. What I admire most is her ability to give so much love and care to others without ever asking for anything in return. She is the kind of person who makes people feel safe just by being there. Watching her handle life with so much resilience and compassion has shaped the way I try to live. I’ve learned to stay steady during hard times, to be gentle with people even when I feel overwhelmed, and to always act with kindness and intention. When I’m unsure of what to do, I ask myself what she would do, because I trust her heart. She makes me want to be better—not just for myself, but for the people around me.

Joy (Inside Out)

One character I really admire and try to model is Joy from Inside Out. She represents positivity, leadership, and emotional strength, but what makes her truly inspiring is how she learns and grows. At first, Joy tries to keep everything happy all the time—she wants to protect Riley from pain. But as the story goes on, she realizes that sadness, fear, and all emotions have value. That moment of understanding shows real emotional maturity. I relate to Joy because I often want to be the light in people’s lives—I want others to feel comforted, safe, and happy when they’re around me. But I’ve also learned that being strong doesn’t mean hiding how you feel. Like Joy, I’m trying to find balance between positivity and vulnerability, and I’m learning to be kind to myself, not just others. Joy reminds me that it’s okay not to be okay sometimes—and that accepting all parts of ourselves is part of becoming whole.

Aliona Kostornaia

One person I admire deeply and try to model in my own life is Aliona Kostornaia, the Russian figure skater known for her beautiful artistry and fierce determination. What inspires me most about her is how she blends elegance with strength—her skating isn’t just technical, it’s emotional and powerful. Even when she faces injuries, changes in coaching, or setbacks in her career, she keeps pushing forward with passion and resilience. She doesn’t give up, and she never loses the grace that makes her skating so special. I relate to her because I want to bring that same energy into my own journey—whether it’s in skating, school, or life. I want to stay soft and expressive, but also strong and determined, even when things don’t go as planned. Aliona reminds me that you can be both delicate and fierce, and that the way you carry yourself through struggles can be just as beautiful as your victories.

Ae-sun and Gwan-sik from When Life Gives You Tangerines inspire me in different but powerful ways. Ae-sun is bold, emotional, and never afraid to chase her dreams, while Gwan-sik is quiet, loyal, and shows love through actions. Their relationship reminds me that love doesn’t have to be loud to be strong. Ae-sun teaches me to be brave and expressive, and Gwan-sik reminds me that steadiness and quiet care are just as meaningful.
