What if you can't be happy? This overwhelming sadness is occurring and it won't leave you alone? To the point where you want to have a melt down every five minutes. But you don't because you try your hardest to shut all your feelings out for the people around you because their more important. People are always telling depressed people "Its all going to get better" "I know what your feeling, your gonna get through it." That's where your wrong! You don't know what their going through no one knows but that person. You aren't going through the same thing as them or you haven't. Also you don't know if its all going to get better, it could just be getting worse.
