🧠 Bu proje boyunca öğrencilerim sadece birer katılımcı değil, aynı zamanda düşünen, üreten ve paylaşan bireyler olarak geliştiler. Onlarla gurur duyuyorum. Böyle bir projede yer almak hem öğretmen olarak bana ilham verdi hem de mesleki gelişimime katkı sağladı.

We created AI-generated visuals of local traditions, designed posters and cultural cards using Canva Magic, and brought our national stories to life through animation tools like Kling and Runway.

Students from different countries collaborated on joint digital exhibitions, shared presentations about their cultures, and even built chatbots that could answer questions about local customs and history.

This journey helped us realize that AI is not just about coding and robots – it can be a powerful creative tool for telling our stories in ways that connect people from different backgrounds.

We are proud of what we have accomplished together, and excited to continue using AI for meaningful intercultural communication.

More importantly, we gained a deeper appreciation for our own culture and learned to respect and understand others. Seeing how different cultures can be expressed through modern technology was eye-opening.

This project helped us improve our communication in English, learn how to work as an international team, and develop 21st-century skills such as collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.

We believe that technology can build bridges – and with AI, we built one made of ideas, stories, and mutual respect.

The “Cultural Bridges with AI” project was much more than an ordinary activity for my students; it turned into a journey of discovery. While transforming their own cultural heritage into AI-supported works of art, they did not only produce visual products; they also redefined who they were, what they belonged to, and what they represented. There was a story, a labor, and an excitement behind each image. Gathering around the same digital table with their peers introduced them not only to the flags of different countries, but also to their feelings, voices and colors. Thanks to these exchanges, they learned to empathize, listen with tolerance and build bridges between cultures. They now look at life not only as individuals who know their own culture, but also as individuals who understand the world better. During this process, as a teacher, I witnessed my students produce not only with knowledge but also with passion. They blended technology with art, culture with communication. Each of them became a content producer, a storyteller. Being part of such a meaningful and transformative project has enriched me professionally. I was inspired, continued to develop and was re-energized by the imagination of my students. The path I walked with them reminded me once again of the most beautiful definition of teaching: learning together, growing together.

My Project Experience – Cultural Bridges with AI
My name is Emir Recai. I am a 6th grade student. I joined the project Cultural Bridges with AI.

I learned new things about other countries.
I used AI tools like DALL·E. It was fun! I made pictures with the computer.
I saw other students’ pictures too. We talked with friends from different countries.

I liked this project very much. It was a good experience for me.
