Teachers can use the Swank streaming film library to stream films in class (onto your projector) or assign films to students to watch at home by sharing a link in Canvas. There is no limit to how many users can simultaneously stream a movie. Swank has a library of over 20,000 films, which is constantly being updated. The film library includes the top 200 films/documentaries used by educators across the country. You have access to these 200 films right now. There is also flexibility for you to request any of Swank's 20,000 films that aren't included in the core collection to be added to our school's catalog for academic use. So if there is a film that is a vital part of your curriculum, please request to have it added to our school’s catalog for streaming use. There is a 1-2 day turnaround time for the film to appear in the catalog.

Only teachers have access to Swank’s library. In order for students to stream a movie at home, teachers must share a link to a specific film, and then students can click that link to log in with student credentials to view that film.
