By doing so she fired up the Montgomery Bus Boycott and for other things to be done do end segregation. After the lengthy Montgomery Bus Boycott, the city of Montgomery had no other choice but to end segregation on public buses and this led to other actions that ended segregation. Rosa Parks received many awards durinmg her lifetime and many people thank her for her brave actions.
