MEL is an entirely new area of work for me, hence my interest in joining the session. What I loved about today's session is how it went beyond the theoretical aspects of understanding MEL - the activities and case studies really helped and Poorvaja was exceptionally accommodative in answering our queries and gave us the space to engage and ask questions.

This workshop was a great start to understanding what MEL is about and how it can be applied in different contexts. The case studies helped me retain concepts especially those around defining impact, choosing the right indicators, tools and methodology. The process of meaning-making and the comprehensive list of MEL softwares were new things that I learnt about. I look forward to exploring and using them in the coming days. Lastly, many thanks to Poorvaja for the informative and impactful session and for fostering in us the value of producing mindful and meaningful research at all costs. Looking forward to more such engaging sessions in the future :)
