After work I spend time with my son I help him do his homework and then I do the college work.

When I do, I have something very light for dinner like yogurt or milk with cookies things like that.

After leaving everything ready for the next day, I go to bed between 10 or 11 at night.

I have a lot of work on weekends.

My name is Stephany Benzo Escobar, I am from Colombia Corregimiento the Robles Municipality of Jamundi.

 

I´m a student and an entrepreneur.

 

I am single and I have a son who is four years old, I am 33 years old and studyng public accounting at the UNAD.

When I have free time I do what I like the most going to the gym, I also spend quality time with my family.

I live in a village Robles Valle is very cozy and quiet there is a lot of vegetation, rivers and streams; Our house has two floors has four bedrooms and four bathrooms also living room kitchen and dining room. I live with my parents, my son and my sister.

 

My daily routine is to wake up at 6:00 am in the week on weekends I don´t wake up early.

First of all I don´t have breakfast on the contrary I see creatine and protein for my workouts after treaning I dedícate myself to my work however my arrival time in different every day.

 

I try to have a different lunch every day and very healthy after work I dedícate time to my son and his homework then I dedícate myself to the university Works.

Later I have something light for dinner like a tea with cookies or yogurt warm milk things like that.

 

Then I organize everything for the next day and get ready to sleep between 11 or 12 at night.

Weekends are the days I have the most work.

 

Finally, there is very Little that I study in English although I know and am aware that it is very necessary.

¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea? 

Aprendí que el ingles usa mucho las mayúsculas y algunas palabras nuevas como pronunciarlas y escribirlas y las preguntas básicas de presentación también aprendí como hacer un portafolio en línea.

 

¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo?

Lo considero muy importante ya que el ingles es muy necesario para nuestra vida cotidiana y profesional.

 

 ¿Por qué?

El ingles actualmente lo necesitamos para comunicarnos mejor en ciertos aspectos y profesionalmente nos abre puertas para nuevos comienzos y aprendizajes poder llegar mas lejos en lo que nos proponemos nos abre fronteras. 

 

 ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

En todo. En lo personal a darle una oportunidad a este idioma que es tan importante y en lo profesional me ayudara en un futuro a poder ampliar mi empresa y poder llegar a tener otras oportunidades.

My name is STEPHANY BENZO ESCOBAR, I am single, I am from the village of ROBLES valle municipality of JAMUNDI.

I am 33 years old, I have an independent job and I study public accountant at the UNAD, I live in the village of robles.

 

The tourist places that my town has are: The mirador restaurant, the main park, the birthplace of the big black in the COLOMBIA, the knoll de la cruz and the old mother.

 

The typical meals of my people are: The atollao and the fish sudado with pipilongo.

 

First of all the atollao and fish are prepared with pipilongo; the atollao usually is made with viceras of chicken and rice and the fish with yellow potato and herbs of the región.

 

There is a celebration in my village that is celebrated on the seventh of august every year. It is usually celebrated on this date, the paseo de olla on the bank of the cauca river.

 

On this date all the families gather at the Riverside, typical meals are prepared to spend the day with the family.

 

Finally, for cycling lovers it is a very busy route. At the same time they can eat at the EL MIRADOR restaurant, they Will find typical and a la carte meals and they Will have a beautiful landscape in front of them.
