Insight - For a team to function well, there must be team orientation and team alignment and team comms.

Learn from J that team work makes yhe dream work! When a team comes together everything is possible (and happier)!

Syn 16 folks get along well with one another, have team orientation. We should continue to work on bonding and developing the team together in the time we have.
