As an HR Professional I want to talk a bit about my job and what I do.
I plan,coordinate and direct the administrative functions of an organization of a company.I also oversee the recruiting,interview people and hire new staff,which means that I am basically a link between an organization's management and the employees.
In other words,here are a couple of things that a HR Professional does:
-recruits and hires
-trains and developes
-maintains the company's culture
-creates a safe work environment
-handles disciplinary actions
Last but not least,here are some of the qualities a good HR manager needs to have in order to advance up the career ladder:
-great communication skills
-be aware of ethical responsabilities
-listen to others,but also be impartial and objective.

Not only do I love helping our employees when they have a personal problem, but I also enjoy managing the staff in such an organised way so that everyone knows what they have to do. My communication skills have developed since I started working in the HR and it makes me feel so fulfilled to know that I helped managing internal problems in the company. Besides that, planning development classes for the employees has been such an amazing opportunity for me to get to know them and guide them to become better at their job. Moreover, by creating these connections with the employees it has made my job easier regarding their progress at work and what can be improved. I think you've arrived exactly where you were supposed to. Before you argue with me, let me ask you some things. Are you looking for a person that will make sure your company will be renowned for its professional and creative employees? A person that will make the workplace as safe as an environment as it can be? One that will plan ahead for every problem that may arise regarding the employees? 
Well, here I am. The recommendations that I've gathered until now from all my previous jobs, the undeniable statistics, but also the successful results of the companies I have worked for should speak for themselves. My skills at judging people's abilities, at developing and mentoring them, my communication skills and impartiality, these are all things that make my CV as an HR professional so attractive. While I do have such an extensive and rich background, I'm also constantly searching for new ways of improving myself and the process of working with the people I am responsible for.
