I used to play basketball when I was in 6-8th grade for the local recreation team at the town guild. I was very tall and a bit awkward and shy, but I still sort of liked it. I used to huck (throw) the ball at the basket one-handed, which was pretty bad form. However, I sometimes made the basket so I felt proud.
