 Basically people are aloud to form militias (our own fighting forces) and we are aloud to own weapons.
 This amendment is important because keeps the government from being able to impose tyranny.

 Forces the Government to follow a clear standard when it comes to privacy and the idea that I am always innocent until proven guilty.

 It's important because it lets soilders not be quartered in people's houses.
