         <description><![CDATA[<div>These Concepts and Theories help to enhance the well being of humans and help with meeting the basic human needs.<br>Person-in-environment: This helps those that are "left behind."  This addresses the individual's needs along with the social context.  This particular on would fall into the Macro Practice, the clinician would work to change the environment for the individual.  <br>Strength Perspective: The Clinician builds off the client's strengths to create change, encourages to not use deficits or problems for a base.<br>General System Theory: This is the belief that the behavior of people and society can explained by identifying the components of a subsystem of a larger system.  <br>Ecological System: The understanding of people, their environments and transactions. <br>Diversity: This shows the varied differences between social workers and their clients and how this can enhance society. </div>]]></description>
