Student outcomes specifically...looking at SEL support has been key; using Kelvin to look at student growth

Teacher PD and evaluation data connections to ensure teachers are able to implement what they are being taught

ICs to help with recruitment & retention to ensure teacher support ongoing

Trying to address teacher turnover with consistency in processes and supports, teacher surveys, and on-site campus visits to check in; building relationships to drive retention

Use of a rubric to measure where students are & provide feedback to teachers and get input from them; IC support seems to help lessen turnover
