The point in the FDAMH is to spread to word and get awareness of mental health spread around the area, also to provide support from people struggling with these types of illnesses and help against deterioration of mental state of these suffering people. This organisation runs through members and a board of directors who are made up of members, carers and professionals; but also volunteers who are crucial to running the activities.
