Welcome to the Staff Gratitude Board!

This board is designed for us to recognize and celebrate each other’s efforts and contributions. Take a moment to thank a colleague for their support, hard work, or any positive impact they've made on you or the team.

How to Get Started (optional):

Create an Account: If you’re new to Padlet, click "Sign Up" at the top right corner and follow the steps to create your account. You can use your work email for easy access.
Log In: Once your account is created, log in to start posting and connecting with colleagues.

How to Share Your Gratitude:

Click the “+” button at the bottom right to create a new post.
Add a Title – for example, include the person’s name or their role.
Write Your Message: Express why you’re grateful. Be specific and let them know the difference they made.
Tag Someone: To make sure your colleague sees your post, type “@” followed by their name or username if they’re also on Padlet. This will notify them of your message.
Optional Additions: You can also add images, emojis, or links to make your post more personalized and fun.
