Sports can also be used as an escape to get away from your problems. For example football in between those whistles you're who ever you want to be it's just you and your opponet no other worry in the world for those three to six seconds nothing else is going through your head but focus. Sports also give you a chance to have a whole other family football is more than just a sport it"s a brotherhood! That is what sports mean to me.

In my opinion music is more than just a sound that goes through your head I feel that music is almost spiritual food like music helps you connect with yourself and others on a whole other level there's nothing like it, that moment where you can't only hear the music but you can feel the music it's like it's running through your veins you can not only feel it in your heart but you can feel it in your soul.
