From 2026 - 2036, I plan on learning to manage my store effectively and inspire partners. During this period of time, I will be attempting to form a relationship, get married and have a child in my personal life. Around the year 2037, I will use my professional experience to leverage a corporate position. In 2040, I will transfer to the team responsible for creating Starbucks training programs and work to improve it.
