Memantine, it's moderately effective but it could cause dizziness, headache, diarrhea, constipation, confusion.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>2.&nbsp; Aducanumab, it's very effective but it could lead to bleeding in the brain, headache, dizziness, falls, diarrhea, confusion.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>3.
