    Courses include topics such as SCERTS for parents/carers, Intensive Interaction, and using Core Vocabulary Boards at home. These sessions are designed to give you practical tools and strategies to support your child’s communication and interaction.

    You don’t need a referral to LCIS to attend — the courses are open to parents/carers of children attending any Newham school (mainstream or specialist), from Reception to Year 11, or those living in Newham.

    Courses are delivered either online or in-person at the Tunmarsh Centre, depending on the term. Course dates and booking information are shared at the start of each term and can be found through your child’s school or on the Local Offer website.
