Having different nationalities in the classroom, provides many authentic experiences such as language, food and culture. Recognising individual/home language through songs, games and maybe cookery sessions allow students to organically reflect attitudes such as tolerance, open-minded and respect. 
-We can do this through show and tell of their favourite stories, food, celebrations, family members in their language. 
-This could also connect to the transdisciplinary learning through PE, Music, Art - for .g. reflecting their home language.

Currently, planning and collaboration time occurs separately for grade level teachers and specialist. Currently, reflection or reviewing of unit occurs very minimal due to some turnover of teachers and very short time given for these as there is a tracker given to follow and checked against.
