Although not a personal brand, Culvers is a great example of how brand continuity can lead to brand awareness. As seen on their website, restaurants, and billboards the main color theme of everything Culvers is blue. This specific blue has become tied to the brand and is something that now easily recognizable by many. Having a specific color and theme to ones brand whether it be corporate or personal is something that is extremely important for brand building.

Bono (ONE)

We all know Bono from his work with U2 but we also know that Bono is an extremely philanthropic person. Bono and his personal brand do many things well. First, Bono's message, "Join the fight against extreme poverty," is simple and straight to the point. This a prime example of less is more. For my own personal brand, I want to also have a simple message that is not overcomplicated. Secondly, Bono's personal brand shows many different individuals who are a part of the organization. This sharing of credibility makes the viewer feel that Bono is just one piece of the puzzle, not a conceded musician. Making the viewer feel a certain way is something that I plan on doing with my personal brand. Lastly, Bono's personal brand has the clearest general message, visions, and values. When looking into personal brands, I don't want my viewers to have to dig deep to find out my values and visions with the brand. This is something that Bono does with his brand as many of his values and visions can be seen right on the home page.

James Harden

James Harden's personal brand is one that is both artistic and simplistic. Often times, personal brands go too far when it comes to creating something artistic. Although important to be unique, too unique leaves the viewer disconnected. James Harden does a phenomenal job of of having an artistic website while not overstimulating the viewer. Also, his brand logo is simple and easy to distinguish.

Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods is a golfing icon but his personal branding is also something to be marveled at. Out of all the personal brand website I have seen Tiger Woods is by far the most visually appealing, and easy to navigate. Although there are very few videos included in Tiger Woods' personal brand, I also don't feel that I am missing out on anything and in many ways feel that videos added would be overstimulating. Lastly, the general color scheme of Tiger's website is black, white, and red. Red is considered a warm color that is often tied to passion. In this case, red was a great choice for accents as it indicates the passion Tiger has for what he is doing.

Leonardo DiCaprio

Leonardo's personal brand is the pinnacle of what I would consider to be basic. Although this may sound negative, it isn't. Leonardo's brand is simple, easy to read/view, and straight to the point. This paired with bold typeface and big headers makes Leonardo's personal brand one that I want to continue looking at. In many respects this is exactly what a personal brand should look like.
