         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wanted to add that the one thing that has really facilitated our EAL program is by having a close link to the EAL parents, from admissions, to lead up to the first day, the first day, monitoring the student and then recommendations for continuing to pull out of subjects such as French and German. The parents begin to trust us and that is what helps getting them on board with the program. </div>]]></description>
