It turned out he just had a sprain, and now he is being a bandaged.

After that he didn't want to play football with me anymore because I push a lot.
At the end of the day we went with him to the hospital, where his hand was bandaged. Maybe he twisted his hand when he was playing basketball, or even break it. He has trip over badly during game, and land unsuccessfully on his hands, therefore broke his palm. After that, he was given a bandage for his hands. 
My second guess, that he could also get quite a bad burn, when he, for example was cooking something.
