         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Positive displacement pump can be used for chocolate processing plant, where thick paste is involved.&nbsp;<br><br>2. Positive displacement pump can be used for high pressure low flow application. The have less frictional losses and can deliver constant pressure as they have dampeners.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Centrifugal pup is used in water delivery systems which is fairly clean, such as irrigation, fire or cooling water applications&nbsp; 2. Positive displacement pump are good for constant flow even as pressure varies. However, i think positive displacement pump cost more in the market bcoz of its abilies</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; I think the positive displacement pump can be in applications where you want to see accurate dosing or high pressure output is required.&nbsp; Applications like pumping low viscosity fluids, paint spraying, oil production and high force washing eg car wash chamber.<br><br>2.&nbsp;<br>a) For positive displacement (PD) pump, it can be used for high force application eg &gt;700 bar, whereas centrifugal pump has low force pressure around 20 bar.<br>b) PD pump can maintain constant flow even when the system pressure of the pump is varying.<br>c) PD pump can handle a variety of fluid type eg high, low and variable viscosity whereas centrifugal pump is used for relatively high viscosity fluid.</div>]]></description>
