I HAVE MADE A FIXED PULLEY. A single fixed pulley is used to draw a bucket of water from a well. It is easy to draw from a well using a pulley because it helps in changing the direction of the force applied. This, in turn, makes it easy to move the object..

I have used waste material, A pulley is a type of simple machine that uses a wheel with a groove in it and a rope.

The rope fits into the groove and one end of the rope goes around the load. You pull on the other end. The pulley helps you to move the load or change direction of the force.A pulley is a wheel that you loop a rope over.

I used materials like cardboard, straw, paper and toy wheels.

In a class II lever the load lies between the the effort and fulcrum. Other than wheelbarrow, other examples of class II lever are bottle opener and lemon crusher, nut cracker, etc.

A wheel and axle that consists of a large wheel connected to a cylindrical rod called axle. The two are fixed so that they move together whenever the force is applied. Other than wheelbarrow, other examples of wheel & axle are Merry-go round, fan, tap, windmill and door knob.

This is a Class 2 lever with the load in the center, effort at the handles & fulcrum in the wheels. A Wheel Barrow is also a Wheel & Axle because when 1 tyre moves other tyre also automatically moves because of a cylindrical rod present in it.

A Wheel Barrow is commonly used for construction and helps for loading & unloading things from one place to another.

There are two types of pulley movable and immovable
A common example of immovable pulley is a well.
A well has a single fixed pulley in which
The load is the bucket, the fulcrum is at the top and the effort will be applied at the wheel
One end of the string is connected to the load i.e the bucket while the effort is applied at the other end i.e the wheel.
On rotating the wheel by effort the pulley rotates and the load moves up.
